1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cv1111 ("we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the cv1111 website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at https://cv1111.bio.

3. Account Registration and Maintenance

• One account per person. You may not register or operate more than one cv1111 account. Duplicate accounts are treated as a breach of these Terms and will be closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

• Account security. • Notification of compromise. You must notify cv1111 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• No account sharing. Accounts are personal to the registered player and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

cv1111 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Individual maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within your account dashboard.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• All deposited funds are held in your cv1111 wallet and may be used for wagering on any available product. Funds do not earn interest.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. cv1111 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• cv1111 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside cv1111's control.
• Deposits made in error or arising from fraudulent activity will be subject to investigation. cv1111 reserves the right to freeze withdrawals during any active investigation.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

cv1111 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who hold a fully verified cv1111 account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible game types, and expiry period. These conditions are specified on the relevant promotion page and must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using third-party software to exploit bonus mechanics, or coordinating play with other accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cv1111 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts in such circumstances.
• cv1111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game rounds placed on cv1111 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. cv1111 will not reverse a settled bet except in cases of an obvious technical error, manifest pricing error, or where a match or event is declared void under the applicable sport's governing rules.
• cv1111 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits on any market, game, or player account. These limits may be applied without notice.
• In the event of a platform error, system malfunction, or disconnection during a game round or live bet, cv1111 will investigate the incident and resolve it in accordance with its technical logs. The outcome of any game round confirmed in the server log will be treated as the final result.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
• All games are subject to the return-to-player (RTP) percentages published by the respective game providers. cv1111 does not alter or override these RTP values.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cv1111 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits cv1111's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless a specific future effective date is stated. 13. Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

14. Disputes and Contact
